Braden comes from Sioux City, Iowa. Braden spent time at all the best restaurants in Sioux City, including, Crave, Minerva’s, and Table 32. Braden enjoys traveling around the country to learn more about food and cooking techniques and spent some time in Florida. Braden graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. He was most recently the Sous Chef at The Warrior Hotel, A Marriot Autograph Collection hotel in Sioux City. During his time there his team and he were able to earn the Hotel’s restaurant Woodbury’s “Best Food and Drink Siouxland 2022”. Braden now lives in Fremont and has a son named Enzo.
